Mobile barriers: Included in bundles for fluoroscopy, interventional, and procedure rooms where staff work in or near the scatter field. Barrier size and base style are matched to typical room dimensions and traffic patterns.

Positioning aids: An assortment of radiolucent sponges, sandbags, and immobilization devices appropriate for the exam types performed in the room. General radiography bundles include core positioning shapes. Specialized bundles (orthopedic, pediatric, trauma) include sponge assortments tailored to those exam mixes.

Imaging accessories: X-ray markers for image identification, DR panel holders, apron belts for weight redistribution, and other daily-use accessories that every room needs.

Signage: Radiation warning signs and caution placards that meet regulatory requirements for room identification and personnel notification.

Cleaning supplies: Cleaning solutions and wipes rated for vinyl and lead-equivalent surface materials, ensuring the room has day-one capability for infection control compliance.

The most common problem with piecemeal ordering is omission.
